1940s Mexican tourist souvenir red wool embroidered sequin jacket/coat. Stunning work of art with wool fabric appliqués. The detail craftsmanship on this jacket is so beautiful and the colors are vivid. Hand stitching around the collar, front, sleeves, and pockets. Excellent condition with few pinholes and a tiny spot of wool thinning under the left arm. Neither detracts from this 40s conversation piece. Presents beautifully.
